Because all Earthly Essence juices are made fresh to order and are perishable, all sales are final.

However, your experience matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

We will offer a replacement or credit if any of the following occur:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • Your order arrived warm or unsafe to consume

  • There was an error on our end

To request assistance, email earthlyessencechi@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Changes of taste preference

  • Items left outside or unrefrigerated

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or missed delivery windows
